Midget and Sprite Run
As you are all aware we were invited to join the Midget and Sprite Club for their first run of the season so well organised by Mike Pope.
We arrived at the meeting point in the bright morning sun on Saturday 26th and there was not a hood in sight, even the MGB GT had its roof open!
We were then off on the first leg of our journey which saw us heading through Princes Risborough up Kop Hill and through some lovely country lanes to our Coffee Stop at the Haddenham garden centre. Here we were treated to the sight of about 50 or more classic cars who were also meeting there. After our coffee and cake we went via the lovely Chiltern Hills lanes arriving at Brill for a brief stop and a photo opportunity of the windmill.
The final leg took us took us to our Lunch Stop at the George and Dragon in Quainton where we were treated to another view of a restored windmill and a very welcome beer and lunch on the green in front of the pub.
We will be keeping the route details as it would be well worth doing again as a club run. Thanks for those who supported this great run and commiserations to those who missed it.

Got something to say?
