2024 Annual Trip to the Avebury area

For 2024 we went to the Avebury area in Wiltshire. The event included a fascinating four of Silbury Hill and the Avebury standing stones with a National Trust guide. Also visits to the Atwell Motor Museum, the Wilton Windmill and the Crofton Beam Engine – which, believe it or not, was so interesting many of us went back for a day trip later in the year when the pumping engines were running!
